Itenerary:
- Lowering the HOA yearly dues.
- Still vacant Officer positions.
- recent postings in the name of the HOA ( Not from the HOA ).
- New contact setup for contacting HOA representatives ( Due to issues )
- any other homowner issues needing discussion.

This year's National Night Out will be Tuesday, August 7th October 2nd. Meet at the neighborhood park with your favorite dish. We will have games, fun, and get to know our neighbors! The goal of our evening is to foster relationships in our community to increase safety by looking out for one another. We hope to see you there!
